| Representative Roger P. Roy has been a state representative since 1976. He concentrates his legislative efforts in the areas of technology, transportation and infrastructure finance. Representative Roy has been the Executive Director of the Transportation Management Association of Delaware (TMA Delaware) since 1992, and has been instrumental in creating alternative transportation solutions for Delaware commuters including Ride Share Delaware, Home Free, Night Owl Shuttle, Expresso Express, and Red Dart. |
