Port's Tariff

Tariff
The Port of Wilmington, Delaware Tariff has been revised with an effective date of  July 1, 2005. Revisions include:

 

	A 5% increase to all terminal rates
	Rule 34.43.1-B - "Equipment Rental", the rate for the 7 1/2 yard bucket was deleted, and rates for a 22 and 26 yard bucket are specified.
	Rule 34.44.1-D - "Terminal Receiving Charges", boats "30 feet and over" is updated to "29 feet and over"
