The Department of Transportation (DelDOT) will begin lane restrictions for a paving project on I-95 from the Pennsylvania state line to Route 202/Concord Pike beginning July 22 through the end of September. Construction work will be done between 9 p.m. and 5:30 a.m. Sunday evening through Friday morning, but some weekend work may be required to keep the project on schedule. One lane will remain open at all times. Work will be suspended for the Labor Day weekend as well as the September NASCAR race in Dover.
